What counts as a "document"?
Each time you generate a new document from a template and save it to your library, that's one document. The same document edited multiple times doesn't count as additional documents.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and your Pro benefits continue until the end of the billing period. No refunds, but no questions asked.
What templates are included in Pro?
NDA (already in Free), Contractor Agreement, and Service Agreement. We add more templates regularly. Pro subscribers get early access and can request specific templates.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is effectively a permanent trial — you can use it indefinitely. If you upgrade to Pro and aren't satisfied within 30 days, email us and we'll refund the first month.
Is my data secure?
All documents are encrypted at rest in our PostgreSQL database. We never share your documents with third parties.
